A700/900 Remote Camera Control For Macbook Air

If someone has a Mac, with Leopard installed, an A700 and the 'Remote Camera Control' software could you tell me what you see when you start up the program and connect the camera. Here is a screen shot of what I see: That is, all of the number fields in the display panel (upper portion - the shutter speed, ISO, aperture info) portion of the interface are garbled. Camera control is active, I can see the camera settings change and can release the shutter, but the display panel text remains garbled. I would like to know if this symptom is particular to my configuration, or general for this combination of operating system, software and camera. I did try interacting with Sony support on this (chat first, then referral to a second level phone support which re-took my report, put me on hold, then dropped the call after 20 minutes or so. .Tom M.
